In regards to Sparking Spine. I had a rando run where me and another person focused head the whole time. The other two didn't seem to be focusing anything. In the end I got 4 quill (forget which ones specifically) and a Sparking Spine. I was sure we full-broke the head. This suggests it's a head drop. That being said, since nothing else was really fully broken, here's the possible sources of Sparking Spine. 1) The head. 2) Breaking the electro-quills. 3) Breaking the super electro-quill. 4) Breaking the quills on his back, by using the super electro-quill. No other thing was broken that run.
