Currently links to Perks are broken and going to the very top of the page, at least in Chrome. And we already have a separate page for each cell. That's why I think it's better to link those pages instead of Perks.
Seems to be correctly jumping to the appropriate perk section on the Perks page for me, I also am using Chrome. Thesleepyzeez (talk) 04:29, 3 February 2019 (UTC)
