Dr. Shaed Priyani is the founder of the Orrery's behemoth studies program, and also acts as their emissary in Ramsgate. She's discovered concerning readings from what slayers' call "Old Ramsgate" - the now - destroyed island cluster we used to call home.

(Quest start)
Dr. Shaed Priyani: "Years ago, we journeyed into the Umbral Depths. But alonside Thrax and the Shadowtouched Behemoths, we found incredibly destructive power like nothing we'd faced before. An "aetheric micor-singularity", I think the aethersmith called it. And the city of Ramsgate did not survive... "
Dr. Shaed Priyani: "...but, just, we did. Thanks to the work of Arkan and many SLayers, we activated a mysterious artifact called the Portal Driver, through which we managed to evacuate all the residents of the city, to our new home here. "
Dr. Shaed Priyani: "But it is now clear that the aether build-up in Old Ramsgate has not stopped, and now puts the whole Frontier at risk. I need you to return to the ruins of the old city, and clear it out of the empowered Behemoths that roam there. As well as assuring our future safety, I can reward you with special rewards fresh from my Research Lab. "

Dr. Shaed Priyani: "Thank you, Slayer. I could register the brief reduction in the aether surge from my lab here."
Dr. Shaed Priyani: "It seems Old Ramsgate has become a new front in our endless battle against the Behemoths, and will need careful patrolling. I'd recommend teaming up with one of Ramsgate's guilds, so you can at least take shifts."
Dr. Shaed Priyani: "Oh, and while you were out, I found this frosty pair of chain blades in the Orrery's vaults. Make good use of them, Slayer."
