Admiral Zai - Ostian naval officer and firearms expert - has decided to stay in Ramsgate to help in the fight against the Behemoths. He's offered to provide you with new tools for that effort: firearms known as Ostian Repeaters. But first he wants to see you prove your loyalty to the city.

Janek Zai: "Hello Slayer, the name is Zai. When I was an Admiral in the Ostian Navy, my ship once crashed in Ramsgate, and I've been here ever since, my stall here acting as somewhat of an outpost. "
Janek Zai: "I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce you to our most fiercely protected Ostian technologies - repeaters. As with all weapon types, every set of repeaters is different, but all offer flexibility to take on Behemoths both at range and up-close."
Janek Zai: "I've become rather fond of my home away from home here - prove me you're a worthy protector of the city, and I'll reward you with one of our finest models."

Janek Zai: "Admirable work, Slayer. Quite in the spirit of Ostia. Here you go, as promised - the Twin Suns, one of our most popular models. They've got quite a kick to them."
Janek Zai: "And in that defensive spirit - here's a little something special I've been cooking up with ol' Arkan over there. This is a Lantern Core, chock full of terra aether, that can grant you some extra protetion from dealing damage to Behemoths. It also has a more...explosive capability, should you choose to use it. That bit was my contribution."
