Speak to Kat Sorrel about upgrading your gear and then meet with Admiral Zay about a new Behemoth target: the Koshai.

Your mentor Kat Sorrel has challenged you to upgrade your gear as much as possible to meet the dire challenges ahead. She also wants you to check in with Admiral Zai of the Ostian navi. The admiral believes the Koshai, the Behemoth that brought down his ironclad airship, has returned to the Shattered Isles.
