The Scarred Master has granted you your first set of Aether Strikers-potent fist weapons that channel a Slayer's inner strength into devastating aetheric force. She would like to see that you are able to perform basic aether striker attacks to maximum effectiveness by dealing damage with the Karma Breaker and Adamant Bolt attacks. Then demonstrate your knowledge of combos by hitting hard with Focused Assault, Spirit Barrage, and Mighty Squall combos.

- Deal 3000 damage by performing a Mighty Squall combo

Scarred Master: "I once led the Temple of the Adamant Fist, a hidden refuge devoted to the fighting arts. Our temple fell to Behemoths. Now I seek to balance the scales. In particular, I owe Katerin Sorrel a debt. "
Scarred Master: "Training her Slayers to use aether strikers is both the calling of our temple and my privilege as her friend. Strikers channel the ambient aether all around you, using your own body as a power conduit. Show me you understand this... and the three basic combo attacks. "
Scarred Master: "Then, you must achieve the Tempest Form and Karma Breaker mantras, and prepare your most powerful striker attack - the Adamant Bolt. Show me true inner strength, Slayer. "
Scarred Master: "Remember, if you ever need to refresh your memory, you can check the detail of your moves in your Journal, and practice in the Training Grounds "
