Dauntless Turns Three
May 2022 marks the third anniversary of heroic Slayers taking a stand against the Behemoth threat in the Shattered Isles – on all platforms with true cross-play.
Anniversary Activities
The Anniversary came with four new event quests revolved around the First Slayer. the rewards were exclusive Firelight Phoenix cosmetics, the Legend of the Phoenix title, and the Firelight sword skin.
As part of the fourth event quest the limited time event hunt, First Slayer's Legacy was unlocked. In the event hunt you would fight Shrowd and Rezakiri at the same time. Killing both behemoths within 20 seconds of eachother would earn you the Firelight Phoenix (Head Accessory).
Anniversary Bundle And Sale
During the anniversary a new platinum bundle was added to the Store. It cost $40 and included 5400
Platinum, the Firelight Phoenix Soul and the Firelight Phoenix Heart.
From May 12 to 19, Slayers could enjoy 30% off style kits and featured weapon transmogs in the Store.
Community Celebration
Throughout the month of May various special community events was being held, including a developer AMA, a secret activity, themed contests, and giveaways.
The Dauntless Twitter page would celebrate with a special anniversary edition of their weekly Fashion Slayer competition. The theme was how your Slayer is celebrating our anniversary, and you could win a free Monster Inside Hunt Pass. Every day between May 17-20 a winner would be picked and rewarded a code for the Hunt Pass.
A secret activity was also added to the game with patch 1.10.2
