Passive: Passive: Increase all Shields applied to you by 15%. Upon dealing damage, chance to grant yourself 25 Shields for 25s (maximum 500 Shields).
Active: Shield Nova: Consume your Shields and deal 200% of the amount consumed to nearby enemies. 20 second cooldown.
